I recently fell into the rabbit hole of local Philippine makeup again after reading that brands like Morphe comes from a similar factory in Asia. After reviewing their Blythe cosmetics range and not really falling in love with it, since it didn't really appeal to me and left me feeling like a high school student again.

But, I gave their brand another try, so I purchased three shades from their Soft Suede Lipstick line during the Lazada 12.12 sale and they impressed me this time.

The three shades I purchased were vibe, icon and fire --- all fall in the nude shade range since I am not fond of pink and red lipsticks.


At first swatch they tugged a little on my lips but after that it was smooth sailing and I love the colors, Fire reminds me of a Charlotte Tilbury shade called Hells Bells.

Longevity wise it doesn't stay as long especially after eating but that's a given for most lipsticks.
