Local beauty vloggers have been raving about this Php 98 BB Cream from beauty supply store HBC (It's the Filipino counterpart of Sally's in the US).

Unfortunately, I had to purchase mine from a reseller since the nearest HBC was out of stock so I paid Php 300 for it (including shipping) and I waited a week for it to arrive.

The BB Cream comes in a cute purply-pink tube with a white cap, what's great about the packaging is that when you twist off the cap, the tube itself is sealed with foil which means you will know when the item has been tampered with.

One thing I noticed is that the tube was very light, as if it barely had any product in it (maybe that's why its being sold for Php98).

Formula wise it's quite thick and a bit hard to spread which didn't exactly bother me, what I did notice is that it is a bit tacky once on your face so you really have to set it with powder.

Coverage wise it's okay, I would say it's a buildable sheer coverage but do keep in mind that it can cling to the dry spots on your face if you have dry skin like me. It's similar to the Pond's BB Creams that is out on the market and to be honest, quite easier to get your hands on.

Overall, it's something I would probably not repurchase but if you are on a budget and are looking for something you can have for the cheap then this may just be for you.
